The home buying process can be a stressful experience but with the help of our realtor Judy Rodriguez, we were fortunate enough to have an amazing experience. She took the time out to understand what we really wanted and made sure we did not settle. She devoted her time to us and was always available when we reached out to her. She made us feel as though we could shop for homes for months with her, because as long as we were happy with our decision that was the most important part. As a first time home owner we had no idea what to look out for and she helped educate us without making us feel like what we wanted wasn’t good enough. She helped remind us about proximity of schools for our children, property taxes and other things that we forgot about during the house hunting process. Process went smoothly, a few items at the house needed to be modified/repaired by the owner and we were not by closing. So for that I'll take a star off of negotiation. Judy knows what she is doing any problems/conflicts you'll have will come from your lender or the seller/buyer.
