I live on the West Coast and needed to assist my son in finding a house in Massachusetts. We located the general area to search and clicked on Judy Rickson. From the moment of our first conversation I knew we were in good hands. Judy presented us with several homes. I flew into Boston on a Wednesday, met Judy early Thursday ( viewed 7 homes) and by 4 pm successfully bid on a home. The following week we had pinned down a home inspector a lawyer and a bank to move the process along. I was on a plane back West while my son moved into his new home within one months time. Judy has first rate knowledge of the marketplace and shared that with me. She helped me in many ways, advising me through the entire process. Her communication skills are the best - whenever I had a question (which was often) she was quick to respond and she always kept in touch with me. Judy always came across as extremely professional but she was also friendly and supportive during what was often a difficult process for me (selling my family home). She made this as easy for me as possible and always had my back. I could not have found anyone better to sell my house - Judy is the best!
