I've known Judy for several years as a friend, and I know her to be thoroughly honest and a real 'go-getter' so, when it came time to sell some property, she was our first choice. Within 4 days of listing, she brought us multiple offers, all of which were over our asking price. After selecting our buyer, Judy continued to go above and beyond to make our selling experience as quick and painless as possible. The buyers had requested a survey and, in part due to unusual weather, the surveyor kept no-showing. Judy kept after the process and made them get another surveyor instead of making us wait to close. We already loved Judy as a friend, but now as clients, we can't recommend her highly enough!

After listing our property with another agent for almost 5 months with no positive results we went with Judy. Due to her dedication and diligence, within a month we had several buyers vying for our property!!! We would recommend her to anyone and everyone. After getting no service from a so called "full service" flat fee agency, we were extremely lucky Judy Richards was available to list and sell our house. She had a for sale sign in the yard and photos on the internet in one day. The house sold in one month. We were in Europe when the offer came to buy the house. Not a problem for Judy who handled all the negotiations, sent us papers electronically, took care of issues with the title company, took care of all the banking business, checks, etc. and even offered to notify the utilities for us. She redefines the words "full service"! Great Attitude to go with her experience and knowledge in real estate. She went out of her way to answer all our questions and was always available.
