Judy Nichols put time and effort into organizing each day of touring properties, with total consideration to my guidelines of what I was looking for. She had a map, with a printout of each potential, that was easy to compare and make notes on while driving from site to site. No wasted time due to her efficiency. Her depth of knowledge in regard to each area, building integrity, and mortgage intricacies was most impressive. At each pitfall due to negotiations and financing, Judy was right their at my side, and on point anticipating next moves and finding solutions. She made my purchase a success for me! To sum up Judy's acumen as a Realtor, I would use these terms; Efficient, Knowledgeable, Courteous, and Personal Integrity.
