Judy Navarez made selling the house that I had been in for over 20 years so much easier than I ever thought could have been possible. She is hard-working, pleasant and caring. Right from the start, she helped me to feel positive about what we were about to undertake. Being an older woman, it is not easy to think about emptying my home and passing it along to somebody else. Judy made that all so seamless. From start to finish she offered to help with every aspect of the sale and gave us options to help out with the move. Things that I don’t think are always part of her job, she still offered to help. She met with us every day, either in person, on the phone, or through email, she kept in constant contact. Anytime I had a question she responded within minutes most days. Judy had the ability to see most challenges before they even came up, she handled all negotiations and managed all of the paperwork that goes along with that.. We spoke about every single offer, in depth. Judy gave us the facts, we made our decisions and the sale was complete in under a month. I would recommend Judy to my family, friends, and if I were to need a realtor again, she will be the first person I will reach out to.
