I contracted with Judy to help find a two family home in Holyoke MA, for My Brother and I. It was during one of the craziest time I have seen in the real estate mkt in Western MA. I live in FL so Judy was my Eyes,ears and person here in the mkt. she knew what brother needed for his 2nd floor apt and my cap on pricing. She was very very professional and kept me informed about all!! She also was king enough to show our Sisters and other brother who live in the area the various properties. It took a YEAR to find the right property and Judy stayed with us and was a tremendous asset to our family. In fact, she became an honorary member of our large family. Her knowledge of the market, experience with other realtors, and professional experience were an incalculable asset to the whole process. Not only was she there during the crazy year, she was still helping us with recommendations about tradesmen and handymen to help us fix things we wanted to accomplish, even by after we closed on the sale.
