It's truly difficult to put into words how AWESOME Judy is. I closed on a property last month and Judy held my hand throughout the entire process (which was lengthy, onerous, and confusing at times). If you're looking for someone who's very experienced, goes above and beyond and really cares about clients - CALL JUDY. I would give her 10 stars if I could!

I met Judy as a referral with some anxiety about my limited budget for my first home. Within the first minute she immediately put my mind at ease letting me know that she would be THRILLED to work with me and in the same sentence assured me that we WILL find my dream condo and get a deal done. Judy delivered. From start to finish Judy was there for me answering every question and guiding me step by step through the home buying process. She was incredibly attentive always answering my phone calls or returning my calls almost immediately. Not only were the days we spent home searching productive and organized but they were also incredibly FUN. Lots of laughs went along with the education I learned during the home buying process. During the closing process she was also attentive- checking in on me at every step providing support. Judy also attended the closing putting my mind at ease yet again during a very stressful step. I could go on and on but suffice to say Judy Mollica is AMAZING and I can't wait to refer her to friends and colleagues planning to tackle the home buying process.
