I contacted Judy last year during the pandemic and told her that I was intending to sell in the summer of 2021. We stayed in contact and put my condo on the market in June of 2021. Judy and her partner Joe walked me through all the steps with a high level of competence. Unfortunately the condo's air conditioning was subpar and my gas fireplace was not working. It was a struggle to complete the sale but Judy handled these matters with a great deal of professionalism and the sale went through! Thank you for a job well done. We got a great price for the unit regardless of the problems along the way.
