Judy Lee

Judy Lee is a non responsive agent. I have called her a total of 3x and she has picked up and we discussed the property on 330 Placer Privado and How my family and I were interested in viewing the property for rent. She notified me so she would look into her schedule and stayed to please text her my name and home we are interested in. I never received a call back on when we can view the property. I than again called her and she answered and hung up on me and texted me she was busy to text her, so I did and she never returned my call nor text messages. I come from a background of operations in healthcare management and her in professionalism was inappropriate. I hope she improved on her well being and customer service or she will not receive any recognition or referrals. I will never call her as an agent or the company who she is employed for when purchasing or renting a property. Zero stars of o would be able to submit this accordingly

I attempted to make an appointment with Judy to see a listing with NO photos. I had my assistant contact her to get photos before the showing so that I could make sure that it was going to be a fit before I traveled 2hrs to see the place. She never got back to us so obviously I didnt show up to the house. She then calls me continuously and when I was able to return her call she lost it! I cannot even begin to tell you how incredibly unprofessional, rude and obnoxious she was. She doesn't seem to understand or value customer service. I would recommend she take some etiquette classes and possibly some time management courses since she clearly has a tough time managing her communications.
