Judy was amazing! This was our first time buying a home—and we were doing it sight unseen from a different state. Judy helped us understand every step of the home buying process, and she never made us feel silly for asking a basic question. She routinely visited the construction site of our new build home to monitor its progress, coordinated things with the builder, and updated us on everything that was happening via phone calls and photos. And when our mortgage broker dropped the ball on some of her responsibilities, Judy even took them on to make sure we reached our target closing date. Since we've been in the house, Judy has stayed in touch to make sure we're settling in well and asked for updates on our newborn son (yes, we were also having a baby during all this madness!). But thanks to Judy going above and beyond at every step, building and buying our first home was a wonderful experience.
