Judy was a amazing help in finding the perfect 1st house for our family. We were first time buyers and she went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home. She was very patient and talked us through all the paperwork and details that go with buying a house. She walked us through step-by-step on house everything was going to work and what steps needed to be done when. She was always available to answer any questions that we had. I highly recommend Judy for all home buying and selling needs.

Judy is such a joy to work with. Professional, knowledgeable, always available to answer questions, always timely when taking us to look at homes, and had great follow through. She even gave us an escrow timeline as to what to expect from the start to end of escrow. This was our 5th home purchase and the first time we’d ever been given a timeline. This was extremely helpful! Everything went exactly as outlined in her timeline, including the escrow closing date. After closing we noticed the kitchen water filtration system was missing and mentioned it to Judy. She got right on it to find out why. As it turned out, the system was rented and had to be returned, which had not been disclosed by the seller. I mention this only because she didn’t stop being our agent when escrow closed, but continued to serve us until we were fully satisfied. My husband and I loved working with Judy and would absolutely use Judy as our real estate agent again. If anyone is looking for a reputable top notch, reliable agent, we highly recommend Judy Fike.

Judy was absolutely awesome!!! This my 4th home that I have bought in my lifetime, and this was by far the most pleasant experience ever. I found the house of my dreams and Judy knew it from the minute my daughter and I walked in the front door. I made an offer with 8 other bidders shortly after the selling agent started accepting offers, and Judy guided me through a little bit of a bid war that had me submit 2 counter offers. Without her guidance, I have no doubt that I would have lost this perfect house. I watched how she built up a friendly and professional relationship with the selling agent from the start. She also recommended a great lending agent that help us close escrow in 14 days. Everything went so smoothly and fast. She called me everyday to make sure I had everything I needed and was always available to take my many calls to explain everything to me in detail. On the day I went to pick up my keys after escrow closed, I met Judy at the house. In the spirit of the Halloween holidays, she decorated my front door entry way with spooky decorations and pumpkins. On the front door was a congratulatory sign to my daughter and I. Then I walked in the door to find a very nice and sincere gift that made the whole experience so memorable. Everyone should have such a great and positive experience for something that is so big in one's life. If I only had a money tree, I would buy many more homes with Judy. Seriously...
