Judy did an amazing job and exceeded my families’ expectations on the sale of our parents’ home. Due to its age and state of repair; we were aware that it would be a difficult sale. Judy was more than up to the challenge. She provided us with excellent research on the market; which led to its being correctly priced; created a sound marketing plan and quickly delivered us a buyer.
