Judy is the best. Judy is very knowledgeable of the market and has a ton of resources. When my buyer could not get approved for a loan from their original lender, Judy referred them to an alternate lender who ultimately gave them a loan. Judy also knows painters, exterminators and anybody else you might need to aid in the sale of your home. Judy made all of the arrangements and met with the contractors for me. Judy never left me hanging. She frequently kept in touch with updates and returned my calls, emails, and texts within the same day, often within minutes. She also went out of her way to "stay on" the buyer's lender to make sure our closing was not unnecessarily delayed. Judy is at the top of her game and went above and beyond to help me sell my home. Judy was also my realtor when I purchased a home. We also had issues with our loan and Judy was able to find us a different lender. On top of all of that she is just a lovely human being who was with me every step of the way in this stressful process. She is very savvy and skilled. While she is incredibly kind, she also is not afraid to get "tough" with the entities involved in the process to make sure that things get done. I will continued to use Judy for all of my real estate needs and I highly recommend her to anybody who is trying to sell or purchase a home.

When I met Judy, I knew that I was making the right decision in selecting her to handle the sale of my home. I was not disappointed with this decision. We had open communication and she kept me updated on what was going on regarding possible buyers as well as the man who finally purchased it. The process took little time, which was very important to me. I had been in a great deal of stress regarding the sale and closing the sooner the better. She followed up promptly with any questions we had on listings and attended the open house with us.
