As a young high school teacher in NC, I am in a unique/challenging financial situation. I began working with Judy Ann this past January to find a house. Due to my financial situation, our search faced many setbacks. Judy was the steady, guiding hand I needed to help me navigate the market for the first time and find the house that was right for me and my fiancé. Judy was very knowledgable about assistance programs for first-time homebuyers, and she went to bat for me on multiple occasions through the pre-approval process, the home search, and the loan process. Despite all the setbacks, Judy communicated with me through every step of the process with the utmost professionalism. During our search, she was willing to drive all over eastern NC to help us find the right house. At one point she offered to stay on for as long as the process took. Because of Judy, we were able to buy our dream starter house, and without her I'm not sure if my fiancé and I would have a place to call home before our wedding. After working with her it is easy to tell that Judy is a realtor who puts her clients' best interests first, and does not rush to close a sale. I would highly recommend her to anyone, especially someone looking purchase their first home.
Judy Ann was an answer to our prayers!! She helped our son, a new teacher, buy his 1st home. She knew what was out there to help him since he is just starting out on a first teacher's income. She let us know she would find him what he was looking for in his budget! She was so professional, knowlegeable and always in communication with him. Our son wasn't sure he could even afford a single family home, but she told him she was going to find a home he wanted and get him through the process to own it. That is exactly what she did!! The home buying process is very stressful for all, but this experience was wonderful! She cares about her customers and what they want, not what commission she will make off the sale. She invests her time, talent and professionalism to go the extra distance so it is what her customer wants! We would recommend her to anyone who wants someone on their side working for them. Many realtors do not do that. They are very self absorbed driven, but not Judy Ann! She will go literally anywhere in NC to help you find a home. I'm sure if you hired her to sell your home, she would also be amazing with her knowledge and experience!! We thank her so much!!! We will refer Judy Ann to anyone!!
From start to finish she was excellent. Her appraisal and asking prices were just right, her referrals for needed evaluation and upgrades were excellent. Judy Ann sold my house in 8 days while two others who had been on market in neighborhood were still unsold. She was helpful and actively involved and I strongly recommend her to anyone selling their house! A+ rating.
