Judson help us buy the home two years ago and it was a great experience then so when it was time to sell we gave him a call. We met and talked about what we should do with the house to prepare it to go on the market which we did while he worked up the numbers for us and got everything together on his end. We left town and he was holding open houses a few times a week. Tons of traffic came through. When the offers started coming he predicted what would happen and it worked out great. We had left the area by the time we had a contract so he even worked with the contractor on repairs. Awesome experience all together.
