Born in Havana and South Florida raised since 1980, Judith Valdes has experienced much change and plenty of growth in South Florida. She began her real estate career in 1999 with a focus on commercial real estate property management overseeing a portfolio encompassing approximately one million square feet of warehouse flex space. Her collaboration with future entrepreneurs looking for the right space and location for their businesses gave her the opportunity to be mindful, detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong negotiator.
