My wife and I were moving from NJ to Fla. We had already sold our home and were about to close. The only problem was we still didn't have a house in Florida yet. We had flown down to look for our new home and we had put an offer in on one, but after inspections, we found out the house would be a "money pit" for us so we backed out of the contract and had to return to NJ. This put us in a very tight time frame that Judith showed she really worried about. She worked day and night searching for the type of house we had originally told her we were looking for. She would call us several times a day, at night and even emailed us listing after listing. If we told her we were interested in a house she would go to the property and virtually show us the house. We did this for days and days until one day she showed us our current home and we fell in love with it. We are now the new owners of the house of our dreams and we couldn't be happier. We owe it all to Judith who took on such a burden and two crazy home buyers who were stressed beyond belief. She would do everything in her power to calm us down and to ensure us that everything would work out just fine, and it did. There is no way to repay Judith for all her hard work and positivity that she showed us. She is one of if not the best real estate agent we've ever dealt with. Unfortunately, we won't be buying another house since she found us the most perfect home we could have asked for, but I will and have been sending her referrals of anyone I know looking to come to Florida.
