Judith Ramsey

I have great JOY to be able to write this review about Judy Ramsey. I had a previous experience with Judy before I hired her to sell my sisters condo. I was in a bind and was about to lose my condo that I had lived in for 7 years and had raised my youngest in from birth and a good chunk of my two oldest years. I love where I live in Vienna and I grew up here. If I were to lose my rental I would never be able to afford to get back into Vienna. Judy was the realtor of an investor I had found. What she did to get this property out of very greedy hands and get it into safe hands of her client who would in turn allow me to stay and live until my kids age out of school was nothing short of MAGIC! She did it with such patience, kindness, class and grace while the other side acted like 5 headed monsters. I lost my sister this past July due to a debilitating disease. With her passing I also inherited the mess that mental illness left my sister in. She had no will and I had no idea what I was doing or where to start. But I NEVER forgot Judy and what she did for myself and my children. I knew she would know exactly what to do with my sisters condo. In Judy fashion with empathy, kindness, style, grace, accuracy, efficacy, honesty, patience, oh my life so much patience did Judy do exactly what I knew she could, would and did do! She took the burden of my sisters condo off my plate because she knew I had had enough to do on a daily basis with so many things outside of my sisters death. She showed up like Mary Poppins with her Bag of Magic, Spoonful of Sugar and the Best Hail Mary Pass of a Miracle! She had my sisters condo completely remodeled within 3 weeks and ready to go. Had it not been for a sibling I have, who fights to be understood verses listening to understand she would have had the condo sold in less than a months time, start to finish! It was no easy feat the condo was a hot mess! Judy isn't just my realtor she is now family! She gets it done as seller or buyer!
