I had been looking for our new home for a couple of years and experienced several real estate agents. All of them nice, but I never felt like they had my best interest at heart. The first time I talked to Judith, I knew that she was kind. Then we met several times looking at several houses. Some good, some not. Judith shared her knowledge of things to look for, pointed out things that could need further evaluation. She showed up for my inspection on the first home that I put a contract on. (I suspect she knew that my knowledge in this field was limited) Judith was so professional. She has this re-assuring ease about herself. She knew when I gave her "that look" that I would greatly appreciate her expertise. She was so uplifting, somehow she would make me feel like I knew it all along. There was a lot going on with this particular contract. I started to not feel good about moving forward. I called Judith, I to let her know. She had put in a lot of time and effort getting us to stage. Judith was so supportive and re-assuring. She reminded me that this is a big decision and that I need to feel confident in my decision and that the right house is out there and that she feels priviledged that I chose her to be part of this journey.
