Judith Collins

We met Judy at an open house while starting our search for a home on LBI. She was knowledgeable and professional from the start. She went out of her way to help us during the negotiation process by meeting with building inspectors about a deck on a house we were really interested in. The house is a going to be a rental property and she made sure that the houses she showed us had a good rental history or the potential for a good rental income. She found us the perfect house and knew exactly what we should offer to get an acceptance. She is easy to talk to and you can tell she really likes her job. I would recommend her to family and friends.

Judy wasn't just trying to sell me a house she was helping me a build a life style based on my interests, hobbies and the choice of property would allow that. When I started working Judy I didn't have a clear vision of what I was looking for in a shore house. Over the next 8 months Judy sought to understand my interests in the shore, hobbies, etc.. It helped greatly that Judy was easy to work and patient with me and of course very knowledgeable of life on LBI. As we looked at many properties Judy sought my feedback as well as giving me her analysis of how the property would or wouldn't fit my vision of a shore house and the life style became clearer.
