Years later when I decided to move out of state I did not hesitate to choose Judie again to sell my home. She not only did an extensive market analysis to make sure I was pricing my home accordingly, but also made recommendations on what to improve to help the property sell. She knows many plumbers, electricians and carpenters personally who gave me great rates on work I needed to get done before my sale and completed the work in a timely manner. I ended up getting an offer for higher than I expected and Judie kept me informed with the whole process leading up to the closing. I was told by a friend that Judie knew the Salem area well and was a great broker to contact for my condo search. Judie really kept everyone on task with the entire process. During times that were slow (between the P&S and the finalization of my financing) she would check in to see how I was doing. She was very reassuring and as a first time home buyer this was critical.
