Wonderful experience!
I love, love working with Judie Goldman! Judie is very professional, knowledgable, a first class negotiator who is also so down to earth and easy to work with. The amount of work she put in upfront from the comp's, the staging suggestions to hosting multiple open houses/caravan, all in the midst of COVID-19 pandemic paid off. Her advice really helped me to sell my home quickly. I couldn't have asked for this sale to go any smoother. She is making looking for a new home fun- I gotta love her patience as we have looked at alot! She is constantly emailing new properties that come up. What I love is her honesty and opinions of the homes we are viewing - she puts it out there so I can make an informed decision. I highly recommend her!
