Judi is very pleasant to work with, she knew what we were looking for in an investment property and met our expectations, only looking at homes she thought we would be interested in. Judi made herself available and was very helpful throughout our search. She is no pressure and will not try to sell a home to clients if it's not right. Judi Urbanik quickly sold our house which we had bought through her three years earlier. She knows the neighborhood as well as the community. More importantly she communicated with us to facilitate moving us and clearing out the property. She also showed personal in both of us as well as our daughter who oversaw much of the process.

Judi fearlessly led the way into homes with tenants still inside, pushed passed people without viewing appointments, and shared her thoughts at each location when requested. She provided answers for every question and gave good advice when we needed it. Thanks to her we were able to find a home we love within a few months. She even sent us our first housewarming gift!
