As first time home-buyers we found the real estate market to be overwhelming not only because we were trying to discover what we wanted based on what was available, but also because we didn't know how to sort through the good options from the bad. Judi's knowledge of the ins-and-outs of the of the buying process was very reassuring, but more importantly her familiarity with the region we were searching in was invaluable. She knew right away where to steer us away from, and which places seemed like a good value. It also seemed like she was always available when we wanted to look at something, and made the time to work with us on our schedule. But I have to say that probably the most refreshing part about working with Judi to find our first place was the fact that she was just an out right good person. She never made us feel like she was trying to sell us on something we didn't want, and we always felt comfortable chatting with her either about the house we were looking at or about whatever was on our minds. Judi is not just a great real estate agent, she has also become a friend who's opinion we trust. We will be sure to consult her the next time we are looking to buy a home.
