My wife and I were dealing with the daunting task of trying to relocate from out of state when we first got connected with Jude. We both knew from the first conversation that this was someone we wanted in our corner. He was patient, kind, thorough, and fought for our interests every step of the way. He took the time to show us places we were interested in all while listening to us and what we were really looking for. When he showed us a few places he thought we may be interested in, our jaws dropped. He absolutely knocked it out of the park. When it came to negotiations, he secured us a deal that still blows my mind. He did this with the upmost professionalism that even the seller made a comment about how they were blown away by how he protected/worked for his clients. Throughout the closing process (and entire process), he made himself available to explain the unfamiliar documentation and make sure we understood what was happening and what to expect each step of the way. He even gave us a beautiful gift once the sale was complete. After we closed, Jude has continually helped us navigate some of the new hurdles you encounter as a homeowner.
