My wife and I just recently bought our first home and all thanks absolutely go to Jude. Jumping into the process was very intimidating and we felt like we didn't even know where to start. We got a bit more serious, found Jude as a realtor, and the rest is history. He eased our nerves with an abundance of knowledge and information about the housing market, walked us through every step of the process from searching, offers, contingencies, inspections, timelines, etc. and even gave us insight on when he would walk on a deal that might not be that great. As first time homebuyers we were more than overwhelmed with all of the information and proceedings. Jude took care of everything and was so great at communicating with us and making things seem easier and simpler. When we found the house we fell in love with, Jude moved swiftly to make sure everything was covered with the builders and answered every question (And we had no shortage of questions haha) quickly and made our first-home buying experience a delight!!
