We had many questions about the Villages that were answered in a professional way that we could understand. We were not very familiar with the rules and regulations in the Villages. Jude was very helpful in answering what we needed to know. Also, we did request a home that was in the area we wanted, which Jude found for us. The closing on the home went very smoothly. I called Jude when I had trouble getting service from another Realtor. 20 min later she was showing me my house. I purchased without even seeing our house in person from across the country. She video toured several properties with me and was patient and helpful every step of the way. When we were finally able to come see our new house in person she was here waiting with open arms. We felt like we were already good friends. She and Chubby were on the ball handling everything for us. It was a wonderful experience. If I ever move again she is definitely the Realtor I will call.
