Jude and Keenan are a great team! They went out of their way to advocate for us and make sure we understood all the complicated nuances of buying our first house. This is probably no surprise to anyone that's worked with Jude and Keenan, but they're simply awesome. Professional, knowledgeable and empathetic. My wife and I are first time home buyers, but you can be sure we'll use Jude and Keenan for all future endeavors in real estate. Professional: they are very supportive of real estate as a craft, an earned skill. That means they treat their work as true professionals and it shows. They helped us navigate all of the nitty gritty of shopping for and evaluating homes. Plus, they're ethical. Jude even sits on the ethics board. You will never be put in a position to do something shady, to work with someone shady or where you feel at risk. Plus, they helped us slow down and not make a jump too soon - they encourage patience and finding the right house, not just one that gets them a commission. They are in it for the long game, not for short term gain. This is HUGE. Knowledgable: they know all the things. After working for them for a two months, I know a ton. They empower you with their knowledge, they don't treat is a guarded secret. We feel like we barely scratched the surface of what they know. Empathetic: they both are both empathetic to you. But, and I think this is equally valuable, they're empathetic to the sellers and the other agents they work with. Obviously they want you to get the offer you want, but they won't ever suggest doing something even slightly sketchy. And, as I said before, they want you to find what's right for YOU, not for them or for anyone else. But they won't trample over others to get it for you, so you'll always be playing fair and honest. I don't know about you, but I like to live with a clear conscience and Jude and Keenan will do just that, without sacrificing their effectiveness and skill as agents.
