I wanted to buy a condo in a 55 and older community. We ran into some challenges, while we were under contract. Jude went out of his way to help resolve the problem. Jude was there every step of the way and even offered legal support to help resolve the issue. We ended up putting in an offer, on a second one. We started to run into the same challenge as the first one. Jude took a stand, and said no not this time. Jude went above and beyond to make sure that at the end we closed on that condo. Jude and his team is consistent,persistent , and very reliable. I highly recommend Jude and his team. When I think about it it’s just not about the money it’s about the passion and Jude shows that he’s very passionate about what he does and he will do whatever it takes to get you to close.
