Working with Juana has been amazing!!! Over a few days we looked at probably at least a dozen homes, the last one we looked at had just came on the market the day before and it was the last home of the day that we looked at on day 2 of viewing property. I knew it was the one, perfect location, great interior colors, excelent layout of the rooms and we signed the offer right away. It was such a popular property we found ourself in a multiple offer situation and I become worried. However Juanna encouraged that I write a letter introducing myself to the sellers and why I'm so interested in their home which accompanied with the fact the sellers were also working with the same lender so they entertained my offer first and into escrow we went!!! I highly recomend Juana's knowlede and negotiating skills, plus she is a lot of fun to work with too!
