I ran into Juan while me and my wife were looking at homes and he was going to show an open house. We were just casually looking at homes not knowing if we were going to buy anytime soon. Juan let us look at the house even though he already had an appointment. I didn't know where to start and he told me to get approved and referred me to a lender, which I used to finance the home i bought. After I got approved I started looking at what had to have been dozens of houses, all of which Juan met me , during business hours and some after. During the buying process Juan helped me handle all that needed to be handled, He referred me to a home inspector, He also helped me negotiate contingencies with the previous owner so repairs were made prior to buying. He referred me to a home warranty plan that I still have and works great, the homeowners insurance that i still have, and 2 years later im still writing a review, the home was purchased in July 2020. Very helpful and made the buying process easy, even followed through on what he said and paid for a Taquiza for our housewarming party. I recommend Juan for your home purchasing needs
