I'm so happy that we ended up with Juan for our move! We were moving from out of state, and he filtered homes to our very specifics needs, and accommodated our tight timeframe for viewings. He and his associates stayed on point with all of the various milestones to get to closing in minimum time with minimal stress. They provided outstanding recommendations for service agencies (e.g. inspection, pest inspection, etc), but were open and welcoming to our own choices as well. He was professional and always made us feel as if we were his priority. I couldn't have asked for an easier or more pleasant home buying experience.
