The Zillow site picked Juan Rivera for me when I clicked "contact agent". Juan called me almost immediately. It turns out that was no fluke. I live on the east coast and other than two showings, everything with my purchase was done remotely. I never had a lick of trouble getting in contact with Juan. If he didn't answer immediately he called back within minutes even if I didn't leave a voicemail. He kept me up to speed with progress and took proactive steps to ensure everything went smoothly. In my opinion he went well beyond his responsibilities as buyer's agent. I've bought and sold quite a few properties and I mean it when I say Juan is by far the best agent I've dealt with (including my son-in-law).
