The Zillow site picked Juan Rivera for me when I clicked "contact agent". Juan called me almost immediately. It turns out that was no fluke. I live on the east coast and other than two showings, everything with my purchase was done remotely. I never had a lick of trouble getting in contact with Juan. If he didn't answer immediately he called back within minutes even if I didn't leave a voicemail. He kept me up to speed with progress and took proactive steps to ensure everything went smoothly. In my opinion he went well beyond his responsibilities as buyer's agent.
