Juan is my lifesaver! He went out of his way and far beyond what is expected of him to make sure I felt comfortable and I understood everything as a first time homebuyer. I never thought buying a house could be this easy - he has made sure every step with the mortgage was taken care of quickly and even after the sale is completed he continues to aid with ideas, where to buy supplies, referring good contractors for various work, and coming back to make sure i am happy and offer any help i need. I am very blessed to have met Juan and have him as a realtor 🙏 He will be a permanent part of my life
