Through our entire home buying process Juan was friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to accommodate short notice requests from us to both look at properties and answer questions. Juan took the time to respond to us on nights and weekends when we had questions or while doing our research. Juan made me feel during the whole experience that he was working to make what I wanted happen; there was never a moment that felt pressured or unfriendly. Juan was both professional and respectful throughout the entire process for both me and my partner. He was also very professional when issues came up between our lender and seller, he handled those promptly. When it came to the area and the price range we were looking at, he was extremely knowledgeable. During walkthroughs, he had a very keen eye and would often point out things we had not considered or had not noticed.
