Juan was great to work with, and helped my fiance and I buy our first house together! We couldn't be happier with our house and the deal we made, despite a very tough housing market. During our search, Juan did a great job lining up the showings we requested so that we could efficiently see a bunch of places in one afternoon. He was very flexible working around our schedules so that we could also go see places before or after work, or on the weekends. He worked to understand our wants and needs and was honest in evaluating the value of places we looked at. He always responded promptly, made sure to follow up, and took time to answer all of our questions and review documents in detail with us. Juan provided valuable advice when we strategize about our offer and negotiate a great deal for us including a substantial seller concession which we were able to use to cover closing costs and buy down our interest rate. Overall, Juan is proactive, transparent and easy to work with, and we would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.
