I absolutely recommend going through your home-buying process with Juan. Not only he is extremely knowledgeable in this business, he will take the time to explain anything you need to know so you can make an educated decision, and he will fight to get you the best deal possible. Juan helped me find the perfect house for my needs and fought hard to get me a great deal (under my original budget!). Being that I was a first time buyer, I was a little hesitant to go through the process of buying a house because I wasn't sure what to expect and how complicated the whole thing was going to be... All I can say is that Juan made it extremely simple for me (and fun!), made sure I was getting what I needed, and always made me feel like he was looking out for my best interests (not so common these days, especially with someone working on a commission). If you are on a similar position as I was, and are not sure about how to get started, I would 100% recommend working with Juan.
