Several years ago, Juan Sanchez was recommended to us for the purchase of our house, and we found him to be exceptionally kind, polite, communicative, patient, and —most importantly—never pushy. As a result of this wonderful experience, we hired him to help us sell this very same house a few years later. Due to the pandemic, we were based in France & could not be there physically. Everything was done via FaceTime, & his communication was extraordinary every step of the way. Thanks to his contacts with the title company, the virtual notary, and even international movers, the entire process took only a month.
