This was my very first Home that I bought and sold, and Mr. Hernandez was very very professional, polite, courteous and helpful through the entire process. He made me feel at ease and he was always prompt to respond to any questions I had and he was very knowledgeable. Every single time I asked a question he always had the correct answer for me with a full and complete explanation. The whole process seemed so effortless, and he walked me through everything step-by-step from beginning to end.
