Nothing but a positive experience
This was my first experience selling a home that was very important to my family. Juan was nothing but professional and at the same time, sensitive to the emotions in selling the property. He went above and beyond to explain each of the steps. He continued to help us feel validated in his responses to our questions. His ability to keep himself available was extremely helpful in all aspects. Even with all that selling entails, he managed to give my family an opportunity to close above what we had expected. From start to finish we knew we chose the right person to sell our home.
