Great experience working with Juan (Antonio) He is very courteous and also knowledgeable about the real estate market. Recently I purchased a rental property in Yakima. With his help, I was able to secure the property that I had set my sight on. His guidance and insight enabled me to negotiate a fair price and seller contributions to closing cost. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, just good common sense advise that made the experience of buying less stressful and more enjoyable. Patient, knows how to listen.
