Juan was an amazing realtor, helped us through the process of buying our first home and drove more than 40 miles to show us homes on weekdays, weekends and even on a day he hosted a party at his own home. Juan researched the areas where I was looking to buy to gain a strong sense for what comparative homes in the area were selling for and he consistently shared that information with me, which helped us make strong, educated offers. As my first home purchase, I was a little intimidated by the whole process, but Juan's in-depth knowledge of the market, diligent research and communication with me, at every turn were reassuring and in the end helped us close the deal on my first home purchase -- plus got me some money back on my original offer!
