When I was in town on short notice he was always available to show property and on call. His negotiation skills and professionalism were great. JT did a wonderful job finding us a condo we wanted in the area we liked. He helped us negotiate a price that was very low. I really liked that he was easy to work with and was technically proficient. Things were handled online so there was very little paper. Even when we had questions after closing, he was available.
