I found J.R. to be a man and realtor who does what he says he will do. He knocked on my door one day to give me his card and inquire if we were considering selling any time in the near future. At the time we were not, but it was an option for our future. He came back again around 6 mos. later to say hi and wouldn't you know, we were ready to start looking around for a smaller place to down size. He made suggestions, we followed up and before long we found our place, got our house on the market, purchased the new place, and sold the other house in 2 days for more than we were asking! J.R. did a fabulous job of putting our house on Zillow, showing the house and following through on the sale. He's awesome and a pleasure to work with. He is now one of my dear friends!
