I'm normally not one to write reviews, but JP deserves every word of praise! Beyond his very calm, pleasant demeanor you can tell he is experienced and he is really good at what he does. His responsiveness is unmatched; we would send a house we were interested in and he almost always set up a showing for the same day. We looked at many different houses and weren't quite sure what we were looking for, but JP was so patient with us through the whole process. He was never pushy and I always felt like he had our best interest at heart. JP has a deep knowledge of the real estate market and knows what will make an attractive offer. He explained contract terms/conditions in ways that were easy for me (a real estate novice) to understand. He offered guidance every step of the way from choosing a house, to finding a lender, to closing! In today's rapid-paced market, it's important to make decisions quickly and JP helped us do that confidently. We put an offer on a house that got accepted, but ultimately decided it wasn't for us. This made me feel apprehensive about continuing the home-buying process, but JP never gave up on us! He was ready to help us through whenever we were ready. Then we found the home we REALLY loved and put an offer on it which was accepted, and now we've closed on our first home! This is a crazy time to buy a house because the market is moving SO fast, but it says a lot about JP's expertise that both offers we submitted were accepted. JP helped us find and buy our dream home and we couldn't be more thankful!

Honestly, JP provided us a Masterclass-level experience. He was incredibly responsive from they day we called him to the day we closed. His expertise was razor sharp and deft when needed, which gave us great confidence at every critical decision. Most important to us, is the fact that he is kind, humble, and conducts himself and his craft with integrity and fairness. We couldn't be more impressed.
