My wife and I recently worked with JP and Joni on our first home. We set up a monumental ask from them, we wanted a multi-generational household, big enough for 7 people, within budget, in the Denver/Metro market. From the start, I knew Joni was going to fight tooth and nail to find us the perfect home for what we needed. She set up multiple showings at various homes with different layouts, square footage, different cities (within our travel radius from work), and amenities. At each and every showing, she listened to what we liked and did not like, what we were intrigued by and what we wish the houses had or didn't have. Never once when we said we didn't like a house did Joni ever get discouraged, she just kept note of why that was the case and got us the next showing. Joni's husband, JP, was also a tremendous help. With his prior experience in contracting, he was able to come into a home and tell us if he thought what we would like to do with it was possible or even worth the money and effort. Joni kept in constant contact, ensured we knew what every step was for and was available for every little question we had. There were times I questioned if we were Joni's only clients because she was so responsive, we were not, but she made a noted effort to ensure we felt that way. I will never use another realtor as long as Joni and JP are still in business when I am buying/selling because out of all the notes I just made, Joni was caring and kind above all else. She didn't find us a house because she wanted a sale, she found us a house because she cared about us and wanted the best for us.

Hi I worked with JP and Joni Grosjean for eight months in obtaining and selling our previous home. I wasn't sure if we were going to sell the previous home for what we wanted. We got more than we wanted; but it also took some work. Our realtor explain what must be completed for a better sell. We did have to upgrade some things to make it more of a sell. Please don't think your going to sell your home without doing some work. Joni and JB were always there for us and were amazed when they return back to our home in four months. The work was half way completed and at that time the market was booming. Our realtors new this was a good time in the market for buyers but not sellers. We waited another 6 months and were able to sell our home in a week and also find a new home in week. Joni listen to what I was looking for in a home. I walked into my new home I new this was the one. I am enjoying my new home it's beautiful. I just can't believe we live here.
