Joyce is a professional and great real estate agent. She quickly found out the features I wanted the most for the home and kept me up to date on the latest listings. As a first time home buyer, I had little experience with the whole process, but Joyce was very patient in answering all my questions and giving me suggestions. Joyce Yee provided such attentive service in 2014 as a buyer’s agent for me, and subsequently as my leasing agent, I decided to use her service again for selling my original home. Since the house was in a very desirable school district, and i listed at the end of July, she set up back to back open house the day after we signed the listing agreement to ensure timely buyer selection before school starts. Joyce then presented all the offers in an easy to digest format for us to compare. She also provided sound advice to help us select the perfect buyer for our cherished home. This was all done within 10 days of listing! As I mentioned in my previous review, you will not find a more responsive or more diligent agent than Joyce!
