Joyce is amazing. She goes above and beyond. A remarkable woman and the best realtor in the greater Phoenix area. If you're looking for a realtor to buy or sell a property, look no further than Joyce Tawes.
We were planning a move from Seattle to The Phoenix area and were referred to Joyce by a family friend. From our very first call, she was a great listener, very professional and relatable! She helped educate us about the different neighborhoods she thought we would like and lined up countless showings for us to see. When we were ready to make an offer Joyce called in all her contacts for the various inspections and we didn't have to do a thing! She offers excellent expertise and knows all about the Phoenix area. She even let our 4 year old daughter help her and feel included on our tours. When we closed on our house she was able to coordinate the signing for us even though I was back in WA and my husband was in Phoenix that day! We loved our experience working with Joyce and highly recommend her for all your real estate needs!
