She was able to provide us with various listings that met our criteria. She was even open to allowing us to find listings on our own and arranging showings for those as well. As recent transplants from Ohio, Joyce's knowledge of the area and communities within it were very beneficial. Even when we weren't sure what we wanted, she listened to our needs and what we thought we wanted and kept providing us with new listing to see.
