SHE KNOWS THE BUSINESS! Joyce helped me sell my condo in downtown Tacoma. I was expecting to sell for high 200's, but after she assessed my property, including the condition, location, amenities, etc., she listed and sold it for more the $50K above what I was expecting. She made the listing process effortless. Within days she scheduled professional photos and made beautiful info sheets advertising my property. She also strategically placed laminated info cards throughout the condo so potential buyers wouldn't miss out on important details about the property and the neighborhood. Most importantly, when the right offer came in, Joyce was my champion. Her extensive knowledge with current operational and legal aspects of buying and selling real estate was invaluable. She was so patient with me. She helped me understand and work through negotiations for both the big AND small aspects of the sale. In the end I felt like both parties (buyer and seller) were treated fairly, equitably, and achieved best possible outcome. This was important to me. And even after the sale was final, we still keep in touch. She's a wonderful person, and a magnificent agent. She has my highest recommendation!
